How many capsules of Myo & D-Chiro Inositol should I take each day?

Our recommended serving is 4-8 capsules per day, or 2000-4000 mg Myo-Inositol and 50-100 mg D-Chiro Inositol, but some of our customers use more or less than this depending on their doctor's instructions.
Are your Myo & D-Chiro Inositol products free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens?

Our Myo & D-Chiro Inositol supplements contain no animal products, gluten, soy, or nuts. All ingredients are disclosed above, for transparency. However, our products are made in a facility that also processes common food allergens.
Can your Myo & D-Chiro Inositol increase egg quality?
